Janine Rickman concentrates her current practice on U.S. and international patent preparation and prosecution. Janine has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in the mechanical and chemical processing arts, including patent applications for printers, gas turbine engines, aircraft systems and displays, product packaging, coatings, automotive components, medical and dental devices, tools, semiconductor packaging, agriculture, and environment sciences.
Janine’s practice has been in intellectual property law, primarily patent and trademark law. Her career as a Patent Attorney began in Los Angeles, CA with Lyon & Lyon and has continued at several other prominent IP firms, elsewhere in California and in Arizona.
In addition to patent preparation and prosecution, Janine has experience in patent litigation and has managed the patent and trademark portfolios for several companies, including an international public company. Prior to her tenure as a Patent Attorney, Janine was employed by Kraft, Inc. as a Production Supervisor and as a Quality Control Supervisor.
